Volunteer to Help Pass Prop D

In order to ensure that Prop D passes in the June 2006 election, the San Franciscans for Laguna Honda committee needs your help.  Please contact one of our committee members listed below if you can volunteer some time to help us educate and organize San Francisco voters.

Six Ways You Could Help Out

1. Put a “Yes on D” house sign in your window. Get a second sign for your car, and display it on the windshield when you park (to obtain a house sign, call one of the committee members above, or e-mail us a request for a house sign).
2. Forward your friends a link to this website, and ask them to do the same with their friends.
3. Volunteer to distribute literature at busy street corners and do other work.
4. Write letters to the editor for the Chronicle, Examiner, Bay Guardian, and neighborhood newspapers. Some e-mail addresses are:

5. Tell us about speaking opportunities at your organizations; we’d be happy to send a speaker to address your group and answer their questions.
6. Become listed as a Prop D supporter.  To do so, e-mail supporters@SF4LagunaHonda.org, and tell us if you want only your name used, or your name and an affiliation (for identification purposes only) of an organization that you belong to (see examples on our Supporters page).
